01 What is your minimum order?
We supply all products in carton quantity, you can buy individual cartons.
02 Can I get samples? How to order?
Press the Request Sample button on the item page or contact us and select "Sample Request" and let us know where we should ship the sample. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the sample application form for details.
03 Where do you ship from?
We ship from Shanghai Port, China. Contact us for estimated shipping costs associated with your order.
04 Do I need a loading dock to receive pallets?
Owning a loading dock has its advantages. It makes our trucks easier to deliver, saves on shipping costs, and makes it easier for you to move and store your pallets. If you do not have a loading dock, we can ship pallets through the liftgate. The driver will load your pallet onto a platform and lower it to street level for exit.
05 What is the lead time for custom orders?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the order. Standard custom orders typically take 30-45 days from design confirmation to shipment. For large or highly customized orders, please contact us for an accurate timeline.
06 Can you provide custom packaging designs?
Yes! We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom mold development, color matching, logo printing, and packaging design. Our design team can work with your brand requirements to create unique packaging solutions.
07 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and PayPal for sample orders. For bulk orders, standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
